Whilst walking with my friend, I notice this ‘before I die’ wall in the middle of Borough High street. So after taking a photo, I thought wow this is such an amazing idea so I decided to google this and I found out “Before I Die” mural started after an artist Candy Chang lost someone she loved, she went through a long period of grief and depression. With time she felt gratitude for the time they had together and eventually she found clarity in her life by contemplating death so much, but she struggled to maintain this perspective. It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and forget what really matters to you. She wanted a daily reminder and she wanted to know what was important to the people around her. So after receiving permission, she painted the side of an abandoned house in her neighborhood in New Orleans with chalkboard paint and stenciled it with a grid of the sentence, “Before I die I want to _______.” Anyone walking by could pick up a piece of chalk, reflect on their lives, and share their personal aspirations in public space. The wall which started in New Orleans has now spread to myriad places, including South Africa, Portugal, Mexico, and Kazakhstan, among others. This is what I wrote on the wall: “Before I die I want to complete my bucket list”. So I would recommend anyone who is around Borough high street to pick up a chalk and write down one thing you would like to do before you die. #before I die wall #life #adventure #dreams #wish #meaning #street #travel #love #imagination #words #stories #memories #bucketlist (at Borough Market)
My first time going out for a walk thanks to @iamizzyahmed for taking me out on a night cruise around central after three weeks of staying at home. That walk around the London eye was amazing. Have to say I miss seeing the outside world and the beauty which comes with it ☺️ (at The Official London Eye)

"Now, I’m going to tell you a little story today. It’s a heartbreakingly sad story about a young man whose life was completely destroyed by these instruments of fear. A young man, searching for love in all the wrong places."
